Property Information Update Events

Three new events have been added to the Business Rules Framework (BRF):

  1. Permit Property Information Updated
  2. Planning Property Information Updated
  3. Business License Property Information Updated

When property information is updated in a Permits, Planning and Zoning, or Business License application the changes are reflected in the view logs. 

This makes it easier to track property information updates and improves audit visibility.

Steps to Enable and Configure

To configure these events:

  1. Navigate to the Business Rules Framework.
  2. Select the offering.
  3. Select the event: 
    • Permit Property Information Updated
    • Planning Property Information Updated
    • Business License Property Information Updated
  4. Click Add to enter your business rule criteria.
  5. Select an available action for the rule to trigger.
  6. Click Save.

Tips And Considerations

To see the Export GIS Data action for these actions, you need to have an Enabled Transaction to GIS Attribute Mapping for the base resource available. The supported resources for 26A are:
