Legacy data migration for permit inspections and addresses, parcel and owner transactions, and code cases
You can migrate your legacy data for planning applications, permits, code enforcement, and business licenses to Permitting and Licensing using Import Management. Import Management improves data definition, error handling, and performance for importing flat files (.csv).
Import Management has drag-and-drop mapping capabilities and validates the first ten records in your data file before you import to ensure the data meets the import constraints of the various attributes. It also provides error files and diagnostic logs for analyzing unsuccessful imports. These are the objects delivered in this release:
- Permit Inspections
- Permit addresses
- Parcel and owner (transactions)
- Code Cases
Business Benefit: This extends the legacy data migration tool to support permit inspections, permit parcel and owner transactions, and code case objects.
Steps to enable and configure
