Owners of a sales forecast, such as sales managers, can now share their forecast with other members of the sales organization and users who support the sales organization, such as sales operations and administrators.

Sales operations, administrators and other sales managers can easily forecast as another sales manager.

Steps to Enable

Add the resource who wishes to forecast as the sales manager, as a member of the sales manager's territory with the forecasting delegate option selected.

Add team member to sales manager's territory as forecasting delegate

Access Requirements

This feature is available to sales managers and administrators who have the Manage Sales Forecast from Digital Sales (ZSF_MANAGE_DIGITAL_SALES_FORECAST) privilege and the View Sales Forecast from Digital Sales (ZSF_VIEW_DIGITAL_SALES_FORECAST) privilege.
