Natively Author Sales Call Guide Interviews

Providing a native Redwood experience for authoring and administering Sales Call Guide interviews in Fusion Sales and Service.

  • Review and learn from previous conversations 
  • Faster creation of guides with assisted authoring of first draft content

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Offering: Sales

This feature requires:

  • Enabling through promotional code. Please contact Oracle Support for the promotional code, if you would like to use this feature, and
  • Opt-in through Functional Setup Manager. Click Navigator > My Enterprise > Offerings and opt-in to Interview Authoring.

You can also optionally opt-in to AI-Assisted authoring. Click Navigator > My Enterprise > Setup and Maintenance work area. Click the Tasks menu and click Search. Search for Manage Profile Options task and open it. Search for the Enable Interview AI Suggestions profile option using the ORA_OIA_INTERVIEW_AI_SUGGESTIONS_ENABLED profile option code. Select Enabled as the profile value. Click Save and Close.
