Notifying Order Confirmations to Multiple Buyers

In this release, we introduce the capability to notify multiple buyers of order confirmations during checkout. This feature enables buyers to share order confirmations with collaborators and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed about the order status.

  1. Use the Share Order Details button in the Review stage in the checkout process to add emails Share Order Details
  2. Add email addresses of intended recipients and Save before placing the orderAdd Additional Emails

This feature is intended to keep all the relevant stakeholders informed of the order placed during the checkout process of their Oracle Commerce storefronts. This will allow enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
