Use My Team Tab for Compensation Dashboard

The my team tab for compensation dashboard  allows managers to view their team's period to date credit totals and drill into team performance details.

• Increase compensation and performance visibility.
• Provide detailed team performance information for better coaching and accountability.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

The my team tab will be available by default for users with participant manager role. Administrators can leverage the tab to add detailed custom content related to the managers team that can be displayed when the manager clicks on the team tab.
