Contact Panel for Households in Redwood Sales

The landing page for the Household object now includes a Contact panel and subview. The contacts will continue to the visible under Relationships.

Sales users inspecting a Household account can now easily refer to the contact(s) on the entity. This layout is also more consistent with other objects that use Contacts.

Steps to Enable and Configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Contacts will continue to be listed in the Relationships panel and subview. Unless Relationships are used for other purposes, customers may want to hide the Relationships panel from the landing page to avoid duplication and possible user confusion for the user.
