Renew Current Subscription

You can now renew a subscription or its product lines by retaining the same subscription without creating a new one.

Subscription Header Level

A new checkbox "Don't Create New Renewal Subscription" in the Renewal Controls tab will allow you to go through the renewal process without creating a new subscription.

Product Line Level

A new checkbox in the Product Line Summary will give you the option to avoid generating a new subscription for individual product lines during renewal.

Selecting the "Don't Create New Renewal Subscription" checkbox will create new product lines for renewal under the same subscription, with the old product lines being set to Closed status.

The new option works in tandem with the Renew Forever setting, allowing to renew a subscription as an evergreen subscription without an end date.

You can use Mass Update to update both the Renew Forever and Don't Create New Renewal Subscription settings in bulk across multiple product lines.

This gives users flexibility to continue using the same subscription after renewal without needing to renegotiate.
