Starting with the 25B release, you can create a Business Plan for your strategic accounts. This enables you to build and strengthen loyal, long-lasting relationships with your key customers by understanding their needs and requirements, ultimately maximizing revenue potential.

  1. Create a Business Plan.
  2. Add Goals to the plan.
  3. Define Strategies under each goal.
  4. Associate Opportunities with the strategies.
  5. Create Activities at both the plan level and the strategy level.

Access Requirements

Any user with this privilege ZCA_CREATE_SALES_BUS_PLN_PRIV can create and manage Business Plans.
