Language Support for Message Templates and Footers

Message templates and footers were modified to explicitly show the language version of the template being edited. This makes it clear there is a template language version for each installed language. A confirmation message is also displayed during delete to let the administrator know they are deleting all language versions of the message template. If you need to view templates in a different language, change your language preference setting to the desired language. 

Global companies can create a single template with several language versions allowing less maintenance. Administrators can easily identify the language version they are editing.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Access Requirements

Message templates and footers are acessible to the following roles via the Manage Sales Notifications privilege:

• Sales Administrator
• Application Implementation Consultant
• Customer Relationship Management Application Administrator
