Sync Rollup Field Values in Adaptive Search with New Update Rollups Scheduled Job

You now sync the rollup field values in Adaptive Search by running the Update Rollups scheduled process. With this change, Periodic Refresh is not responsible for updating the rollup fields anymore and hence does not need to wait for the rollup updates to be synced. Separating the update to the rollup fields helps ensure that transactional data updates are done more reliably without waiting for rollups updates.

Having a separate Update Rollups process will provide better runtimes and improved reliability.

Steps to Enable

Run the Adaptive Search Publish and this job will be scheduled automatically to run once every hour.
