Oracle CPQ 25D expands the Product Workbench to provide a unified location for product managers to manage their parts and BOM products within CPQ. Products are displayed with an Actions column. You can sort, filter, and search data.

In addition to enabling part custom fields for use in the Product Workbench, CPQ redesigned the parts management interface to provide:

  • Better organization of part definitions
  • More menus to provide pre-defined options for part definitions
  • Formatted text views for Extended Description fields

Oracle CPQ 25D also provides a more user friendly interface for managing BOM products.

  • The Manage BOM interface provides easy access to add child products, delete child products, and edit structured products.
  • The Manage Configurations interface allows administrators to create and manage configurations. Administrators can also manage mappings and mapping conditions.

The new Manage BOM and Manage Configurations pages allow Oracle CPQ administrators to manage the BOM Item Definition and BOM Item Mapping data via a user-friendly interface.
