Standard ABO: Pending Fulfillment Status and Partial Fulfillment of an Asset
Oracle CPQ 25D Standard ABO supports a new Pending order status. The Pending status is applied to an asset in the Subscription Workbench once the order is created. The Pending status indicates the asset is pending fulfilment to buyside users. This feature provides better visibility to asset order status.
Oracle CPQ 25D Standard ABO introduces the ability to display partial fulfillment of an asset. A new Partially Fulfilled status displays for the asset in the Fulfillment Status column. This feature requires Oracle CPQ Standard ABO integration with Oracle Order Management and/or Oracle Subscription Management in order to retrieve order fulfillment data. This feature provides seamless tracking of partial fulfillment of an asset for an order.
A new Fulfilled Quantity (_s_fulfilledQuantity_l
) attribute is available to add to a transaction. The Fulfilled Quantity attribute will call on the integrated fulfillment repository to provide the latest fulfilled quantity amount. If the amount is less than the quantity ordered, the quantity fulfilled displays in the Fulfilled Quantity attribute and the Fulfillment Status is updated to Partially Fulfilled. This allows partial fulfillment of line items to be tracked within the order. Partial fulfilled quantity can apply to both goods and subscription line items.
The following example shows an order with assets in Partially Fulfilled Status. The SolarPanael1301 has an ordered quantity of 10 and a fulfilled quantity of 7.
Steps to Enable
Refer to the Oracle CPQ Administration Online Help once this feature is generally available in Oracle CPQ Update 25D.
