Express Reports Agent to generate reports in Express Reporting Tool

Sales users often face friction when creating reports due to the need to understand report types, apply filters, and configure layouts. This slows down decision-making and often leads to over-reliance on IT or analytics teams for help. Even power users spend unnecessary time toggling between filters, data columns, and chart formats just to build simple views of their pipeline or performance metrics.
This AI-powered agent transforms that experience. With a single prompt like "Show me closed opportunities by stage for Q2", users instantly receive a complete, ready-to-use report that combines both visuals and tables. It eliminates the learning curve and empowers users to focus on insight over configuration. This accelerates analysis, reduces dependency on others, and scales reporting capabilities across teams of any size.

This feature offers the following business benefits

  • Accelerated Insight Generation: Sales users can generate fully configured reports in seconds by using natural language.
  • Reduced Dependency on Analysts: Users no longer need to wait for IT or analytics teams to build standard reports.
  • Higher Report Adoption: Easy-to-use AI Assist encourages more users to explore data regularly and make data-driven decisions.
