Sell Subscription Associated to a Product

Oracle CPQ 26B expands product association capabilities beyond warranty/coverage services to include subscriptions (recurring service offerings). Now, products can be linked directly to subscriptions, ensuring that all active services related to a product are accurately tracked.

This feature ensures services associated with products are represented uniformly in downstream systems for billing, asset management, and entitlement.

Steps to enable and configure

Refer to the Oracle CPQ Administration Online Help once this feature is generally available in Oracle CPQ Update 26B.

Tips and considerations

Oracle CPQ 26B only supports standalone subscription product associations. BOM root/child item product associations are currently not supported.
