Non Compliance Report
Oracle CPQ 26B supports a new Non Compliance Report for mandates and deprecations. The Non Compliance Report includes three individual reports:
- User– lists user-specific non-compliances. For example, missing mandatory user profile field, duplicate email, etc.
- Company - lists company-related non-compliances. For example, missing mandatory company profile field, missing user with required administrator access permission, etc.
- Generic – lists site-mandated non-compliances. For example, Oracle CPQ feature deprecation, site non-compliances, etc.
The Non Compliance log contains the non-compliance type, relevant data to find the issue, and a recommended action to aid in resolving the issue. Each individual report provides the ability to dynamically search and filter by relevant non-compliance categories making it easy to organize non-compliance issues so they can be properly addressed.
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips and considerations
The Non Compliance Report is not available for CPQ running in Fusion because the current non compliances are not applicable to Oracle CPQ running in Fusion. As we add more compliance verifications to the report, the Non Compliance Report will be added to CPQ sites running in Fusion.
