Contact Rollups Reporting in OTBI
The new Contact Rollups Reporting in OTBI enables users to generate OTBI reports using contact rollup metrics.
This offers a comprehensive view of a Contact by incorporating the leads, opportunities, interactions and activities associated with the Contact.
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything in OTBI to enable this feature.
Tips and considerations
Contact Rollups in OTBI are available in the following two subject areas under Contact - Contact Rollup folder:
- Sales - CRM Customers and Contacts Real Time
- Sales - CRM Contacts
A Rollup metric has to be published in order to see it in OTBI. For setup guidance, refer to the Overview of Rollups documentation.
