Migrating Generative AI features to AI Agents

With 26C release, Generative AI feature released in the earlier release like Writing Assistant, Composing Email etc. which were using Generative AI Prompts are now moving to use workflow Agents in Agent Studio. A new feature toggle is available in the Enable Generative AI Features in CX Sales FSM task UI. The default in 26C is OFF meaning these features continue to use prompt based approach in 26C by default.

However, in the upcoming release, the prompts will be deprecated so use 26C release to test the functionality with new workflow agents and make any necessary changes if needed to start using workflow agents.

With this change, you can manage all AI workflows using a single AI Agent Studio tool.  Workflow agents provides more capabilities in terms of context that can be provided to generate a richer outcome than otherwise possible using prompts.

Steps to enable and configure
