Selected Product Lifecycle Management Common Bug Fixes in This Update
This update includes some bug fixes that can change the way common features in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management work. This isn't a full list of all the bug fixes in this update. This list includes the bug fixes that can cause a noticeable change in application behavior.
Invalid Status Error on Immediate Promotion of Change from Open Status
Previously, you would receive an invalid status error if you moved a change order from Draft to Open status and then immediately moved it to the next status, if the change order had Skip Request Comment enabled. This issue is now fixed.

Restriction on Creation of Multilevel Structures
Prior to this update, if you copied a multilevel structure or tried to make it a common structure, lack of appropriate privileges for any of the subassemblies could prevent the structure from being created. For example, if you didn't have privileges to create structures for a particular target organization, or to associate a structure with the organization, the whole process would fail. With this update, the copied or common structure is created with all subassemblies except the ones for which the privilege check failed.
Note that this is applicable only when you create common structures using the UI page. If you're using file-based data import (FBDI) import or SOAP services, or creating a single-level structure, there's no change in behavior.

Relationship Rules Data Not Visible in OTBI
Earlier, you were unable to view relationship rules for changes from Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
With this update, you can use the Relationship Rule attribute to generate a report showing the relationship rules on changes. This attribute is available in the Relationships folder within the Change Order Real Time subject area.

Lower Levels in Change Types Hierarchy Not Displayed
Prior to this fix, if you opted in to the feature Use Extensible Flexfields on Changes, Problem Reports, and Corrective Actions, and accessed the Manage Change Order Types task, you'd see only the top-level of the change types hierarchy (All Change Types), but not the change types lower in the hierarchy. This issue is now fixed.
