Use Additional Options with Publish Order Forecast Action
Prior to this update, when you used the plan-level publish order forecast action, it automatically shared the order forecasts for that specific plan and ran the supply chain collaboration decomposition process to make the order forecasts available to the suppliers. However, this action was triggered without displaying the options available in the enterprise scheduled process.
With this update, the plan-level publish order forecast action will display a dialog box with all the options that are available in the enterprise schedule process. This change will ensure a consistent user experience between the enterprise scheduled process and the plan-level action for initiating the publish order forecast.
You now can exercise greater control over which parts of the supply plan you want to publish from the Publish Order Forecast action. When selecting this action from the plan, a dialog box will appear, displaying the parameters available for publishing the forecast. These parameters are identical to those used in the enterprise schedule process. You can specify any parameter values to configure the publishing process, and then click Submit to publish the forecast.
