View Requisitions Created by Other Preparers

You can now view requisitions created by other preparers in the Responsive Self Service Procurement application. Before this release, you could only view and manage requisitions that you created.

To use this feature, navigate to the My Requisitions page, which, by default, only displays requisitions you created. Use the Entered by filter to view requisitions prepared by others. To see all the requisitions that have been created in the requisitioning business units you have access to, remove the filter.

View Requisitions Created by Other Preparers

With this feature, you can view this additional information about the requisition on which you are not the preparer:

• Document history
• Life Cycle 
• Associated orders

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Offering: Procurement

If you want to use the View Requisitions Created by Other Preparers feature, then you must opt in to its parent feature: Procure Goods and Services Using the Responsive Self Service Procurement Application. If you’ve already opted into this parent feature, then you don’t have to opt in again.

Tips And Considerations

• You can now see the creator of each requisition directly from the search results.

• The My Requisitions page supports a maximum of 10,000 results. Use filters such as Requester, Requisitioning BU, and Deliver-to Location to refine the search results to a specific preparer or requisition.

• You can't make any modifications to the requisitions created by other preparers.

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access this feature:

• Manage Requisition with the Responsive Self Service Procurement Application (POR_MANAGE_REQ_WITH_PWA_PRIV) to access the responsive application.
• View Requisition - All (POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV) to view all requisitions in accessible requisitioning BUs.

These privileges were available prior to this update.
