Redwood: Compare Standard Costs Using a New User Experience
If you use the standard cost method to value your enterprise's inventory, you need to publish the costs to be used in Oracle Cost Accounting. Before you publish these costs, you might want to understand the net change in costs from the current standard costs and the estimated impact on inventory, if you were to publish these costs.
You can now compare the standard costs using a Redwood page.
You can compare the cost against the last published cost or the cost defined in another cost scenario. Additionally, you can choose to filter the data using available filter criteria.
The View Costs tab shows the cost difference and the View Inventory Impact tab shows the estimated impact on inventory value.
