Redwood: View Additional Information When Performing a Subinventory Transfer Using a Mobile Device
Subinventory transfers are the quickest way to move materials around within your organization. Performing subinventory transfers using a mobile device allows you to do them in real-time. Now you have the ability to view the available quantity and owning party information, as well as scan or enter the project, task, country of origin, revision, and secondary quantity of the goods you're moving when performing a subinventory transfer using a mobile device.
You can now choose to initiate the mobile subinventory transfer flow by either Subinventory or Item.
These fields have been added to the mobile Subinventory Transfer page:
- Project
- Task
- Country of Origin
- Owning Party Site
- Owning Party
- Procurement BU
New Fields on Mobile Subinventory Transfer Page
The fields are hidden by default and can be made visible using business rules in Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
Additionally, these fields are displayed automatically for items with a secondary unit of measure:
- Secondary Quantity
- Secondary Available Quantity - displays the available quantity in the secondary unit of measure of the item at the subinventory, or the subinventory and locator combination.
- Secondary UOM
New Fields for Items with Secondary Unit of Measure
This feature provides you the ability to perform subinventory transfers using a mobile device for items that are dual unit of measure controlled, revision controlled, project striped, and country of origin striped. It also provides you with more information about the materials you're moving throughout the warehouse.
