Extend Customer Program and Checkbook Pages with Guided Journeys

Create guided journeys that help channel managers take the right actions when they're managing programs in Oracle Channel Revenue Management. Tailor the guided journeys to specific tasks that channel managers must perform on the Customer Programs and Checkbook pages.

A guided journey helps users complete tasks by facilitating a business process. Administrators can create a guided journey to embed tutorials, company policies, and best practices at the page level on Customer Program and Checkbook pages.

This feature:

  • Improves adherence to business processes.
  • Increases effectiveness of onboarding channel managers.

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

  • Manage Journey (ORA_PER_MANAGE_JOURNEY_TEMPLATE)
