You can report on the contract requests and the key terms from Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence portal. A new subject area Enterprise Contracts - Contract Request Real Time is available, which includes all contract request and request type attributes. The following metrics are available.

  • Count of Contract Requests
  • Count of Contract Requests in draft status
  • Count of Contract Requests Assigned to an Assignee that are in review status
  • Count of Contract Requests in Waiting for Information status
  • Count of Contract Requests that are pending contract activation
  • Count of Contract Requests completed
  • Count of Contract Requests that are due in the next 7 days
  • Count of Contract Requests created in the Last 12 months
  • Count of Contract Requests created in the Last 30 days
  • Count of Contract Requests created in the Last 90 days
  • Number of days taken from request creation to approval
  • Number of days taken from request creation to contract creation
  • Number of days taken from request submission to approval

 All the key term related attributes are available in the existing Enterprise Contracts - Contracts Real Time subject area under the following new folders:

  • Key Term folder
    • Prompt folder
  • Contract Key Term folder

Following attributes are added to the existing folders.

Contract Party Contact folder

  • Start Date
  • End Date

Contract Header Details folder

  • Legal Entity

Clause Type folder

  • Created By
  • Creation Date
  • Last Update By
  • Last Update Date

Utilize real-time transaction data from contract requests within your Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence dashboards. You can also create reports based on key terms extracted from contracts, enhancing your analytical capabilities and improving overall reporting.

You can derive new insights about contract requests and key terms through reports in OTBI.

Steps to Enable

Leverage new subject area(s) by adding to existing reports or using in new reports. For details about creating and editing reports, see the Creating and Administering Analytics and Reports book (available from the Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Administration).

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned the Business Intelligence Authoring (BI Author) duty role can create or extend OTBI reports. For further information on the privileges required to access reports, refer to the Security Reference for Enterprise Contracts guide on Oracle Help Center.

Users should also have the Enterprise Contracts Transaction Analysis Duty Role (FBI_ENTERPRISE_CONTRACTS_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY) to access the 'Enterprise Contracts - Contracts Real Time' and 'Enterprise Contracts - Contract Requests Real Time' subject areas.
