Redwood: Monitor Financial Orchestration Flows Using a New User Experience
The Monitor Supply Chain Financial Orchestration page helps business users track, manage, and analyze financial transactions that occur across the supply chain. This is applicable especially in cases where there are complex business flows involving multiple legal entities such as intercompany transfers, drop shipments, or global procurement. It is a key part of the Supply Chain Financial Orchestration functionality.
You can now monitor and manage financial orchestration events using the new Redwood page. The redesigned page offers an intuitive, modern interface with enhanced usability features, including:
- A streamlined search page to view all orchestration events along with their status and other key details.
- View orchestration events easily through the in-app navigation, filtering out the events by your business flows.
- Search and filter chips to quickly find financial orchestration events by status, message type and event type, date range, and more.
- Quick actions to submit all the events for reprocessing directly from the search results.
- Review and select an event or list of events for specific reprocessing actions directly from the search results.
- Quick preview of the tasks completed and pending for orchestration, with focused user alerts.
- Capture all notes and follow-up actions noted while reviewing an orchestration event using the notes component, helping you to maintain an audit trial.
