Redwood: Improve Usability with New Service Logistics Setup Pages
The new Service Logistics setup pages provide improved usability including more intuitive user interactions.
Enhanced Return Routing Rules with Redwood UI
The new Return Routing Rules interface, built on Redwood UI, simplifies the process of searching for and creating return routing rules for returned parts, whether from customers, field stocking locations, field service technicians, or parts covered under supplier warranty.
Users can now easily search for existing return routing rules using attributes such as Return Source Type, Source Organization, Zone, Return Type, Item Catalog, Destination Organization, and Item. Once a rule is located in the search results, actions such as Edit or Delete are available. The Edit action allows users to update all rule details or disable the rule to prevent further use, while the Delete action removes the rule entirely.
Creating a new return routing rule is now more intuitive. By clicking Add Return Routing Rule on the search page, users can define rules by selecting the Return Source Type, either Organization and Subinventory or Zone. For the Organization and Subinventory rule, the user must provide values for Source Organization, Source Subinventory, Item Catalog, Item Category, Item, Return Type, Destination Organization, Destination Subinventory, and Enabled status. For Zone based rules, the Zone is selected instead of the Source Organization and Subinventory.
