Distribute Project Costs Based on an Active Funding Pattern

You can now distribute project costs for a requisition that references award-based projects in the Redwood Self Service Procurement application, if at least one active funding pattern exists for any project in the application.

Before this release, this feature was available only to users with an additional privilege: Distribute Award Project Costs and Quantities (PJC_DISTRIBUTE_AWARD_PROJECT_COSTS_AND_QUANTITIES_PRIV).

Confirmation on Project Costs Distribution

Any requester can now distribute project costs for items in a requisition without needing additional privileges.

Use View Results Action to Check Distribution Details

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

There is no change to the current behavior of viewing the results of the Distribute Project Costs action. You will still need the privilege: Distribute Award Project Costs and Quantities (PJC_DISTRIBUTE_AWARD_PROJECT_COSTS_AND_QUANTITIES_PRIV).
