Asset Details for Redwood Service Center

Redwood Service Center now provides additional asset details information for agents and technicians providing service. This includes additional information for asset-based service on the service request fold-out Problem panel, as well as a new asset details page that includes notes taken and work history for an asset.

Users can now view asset information without leaving the context of the service request in the Redwood Service Center, streamlining the user experience and keeping the agent within service center for these details.

The feature is based on the use of Installed Base assets for service.
