Flow Project Authoring and Management Enhancements

Several improvements have been made to authoring and managing flow projects in Intelligent Advisor Hub. These are:

• The Flows tab on the Projects page now shows which flows are using a scheme. You can also filter the list by flow scheme.

• The scheme used for a flow project is now shown in the project header. You can click on the scheme name to select a different scheme to use. In addition, you can open the flow scheme from the Actions menu while authoring a flow.

• The configuration of flow goals and global input data is now more obvious with both included at the top of the flow editor. 

• The object scope of controls inside containers in the flow editor is now shown on the tab for each container. 

• An error will be shown in the flow editor if you try to use a field in the control's expression that is collected later in the flow. 

These enhancements make it easier:

• for managers to quickly make changes to the scheme and to understand the potential impact of scheme changes.
• for authors to configure global input data and flow goals, and to know what parts of the data model they should be using at any point in the flow

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

The Main section of a flow has been removed with the settings that were configured there moved to make them easier to discover.
