These dashboards can subsequently be shared with specific groups of agents based on their respective roles. Tips And Considerations

Custom dashboards are based on the standard Redwood templates.

In order to make custom dashboards available to users, they first need to be created in the BI catalog. This task is usually carried out by a business administrator who has access to the catalog. The dashboards are created within a designated custom folder and one or more pre-existing infolets are then added to each dashboard. Finally, specific roles are granted access to the dashboard and its associated infolets.
