Link to Search Results from Suggestions

This feature adds a capability to add a link to the bottom of the list of auto completes that submits the search box (when there are more suggestions than configured threshold). Clicking the "More results..." link will navigate the user directly to the search results page where they will see the full set of results corresponding to their search query.

Encourages users to go beyond the auto-complete and submit their search.
