Additional Language Support

Starting with update 24D, Oracle Field Service now offers the following additional language options to support our regional expansion efforts:

  1. Slovak
  2. Ukrainian
  3. Croatian
  4. Vietnamese
  5. Thai
  6. French (Canada)

While French (Canada) was previously available, it is now fully supported with Oracle-provided User Interface translations.

Translations are available in the Oracle Field Service Professional and Enterprise editions.

Business Benefit

  • Allows the user to engage with the Oracle Field Service solution in their native language.

Steps to Enable

  1. Click Configuration and then click Display.

This screenshot shows the Company Languages section on the Display page with the new languages selected.

  1. Under Company Language, click the blank space in the Languages field.
  2. Select the languages from the drop-down list that you want to add as preferred languages.
  3. From the Sign in Screen Language drop-down list, select the language in which you want to display the Sign in page.
  4. Click Save.

Result: The selected language is set.
