Chat Infolet Dashboard for Agents

Infolet Dashboards promote essential, easily consumable information about chats handled by the logged-in agent. The Infolet dashboard can be accessed from Reports Explorer under the Infolets folder, and Chat Agent subfolder.

NOTE: The modern look & feel is supported only for BUI.
