Capture the Application Interface Type, Application Classification, and contextual data for real-time interactions

The application now captures the Application Interface Type, Application Classification, and the contextual data for real-time interactions.

  1. The Application Interface type captures whether the chat or the phone call interaction originated in the Classic User Experience or the Redwood User Experience.
  2. The Application Classification stores the application classification type.
  3. The contextual data is an array of data that can store information passed either through the Interactive Voice Response for a phone call or in a chat payload.

These metadata about the real time interaction can be used with the Service Center user interface to implement custom logic that you may require.
