Create pre-filled forms in Interviews
Providing a native Redwood experience for authoring and administering pre-filled PDF Forms from Interviews
Speed up agent processes by generating related documentation directly from information collected in the Interview.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
The process to generate a document for an interview is as follows:
1. Create an interview using an Interview template that supports PDF Forms (eg Grievance template)
2. Save as Draft to create the initial version, and then resume editing the interview.
3. Note the variable identifiers that appear next to question text. These variable names can be edited if needed.
4. Create a new form template using Oracle BI Publisher, using the variable names as field names in the template. Save the template.
5. Click View Details to open the Interview Details panel. Scroll down if needed to the Forms section.
6. Click Add File to upload the template created at step 4. Note that file size needs to be under 10MB. A maximum of 10 templates can be added.
7. Save the interview and publish.
8. Preview the form template output by selecting End Guide in the Interview Preview panel.
For Grievance template, these documents automatically attach to the loaded Case record on completion of the interview by an agent.
