Service Usage Metrics: Hourly Drilldown and Granular Details for Sessions Reports

The 25B enhancement adds the ability for admins to drill down into Service Usage Metrics (SUM) sessions reports to view detailed hourly data, and further drill down to access granular session usage information, including the individual session details for each hour of the day, providing deeper insights into user session usage patterns.
