Enhanced Business Rules: Trigger Custom Business Events

This feature allows the admins to

Define the business rule for specified business scenario upon which the custom business event should be triggered.
Map the service data to the fields of the custom business event during run time and create the custom payload.
Trigger Custom Business Event action is available for all Standard and Custom Objects.

Business Value:

Filtering: The admins can now filter the events by defining the scenario in business rules.
Custom Payload: The admins can map the desired fields from the Standard and Custom Object to the event and create the custom payload.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

The Oracle B2C Service site has to be on 25B version to utilize the feature.
