Create and Manage Part, Labor and Expense Estimates from Service Requests and Work Orders

Agents can now create estimates for depot repair, part sales, and returns and exchanges directly from the service request. They can also create estimates for service work orders that include parts, labor and expenses. From a service request, estimates can be accessed from a smart action or the parts actions menu. From a work order, the estimates can be accessed from the work order actions or parts actions menu.

Agents may need the ability to give customers an estimate for the total amount in order to get approval prior to ordering parts or scheduling technicians to go onsite.
