DLM support for 'kf_top_item_stats' table

This feature will optimise rolling up of monthly and yearly data on the 'kf_top_item_stats'.

Under Data Lifecycle Policies -> Answers -> Top Item stats

DLM for Answers

A policy titled "Purge KF Top Item Stats older than 5 years" is enabled by default which purges data on the particular table older than five years.

Default DLM on KF Top Item Stats

Administrators will now have the option to add new policies based on their own preference to retain or delete data older or newer than specific date/month/year and disable the default policy. This policy will run with the SPM scheduler execution.
To create new policy

Click on add new
Give a name to the new policy
Select start date from filter template
Select condition and then start date, select purge under Then condition
Enable the policy and save

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
