Job Scheduler: Email Notification
The feature provides,
- An option to enable email notification for jobs from the Job definition page.
- Once enabled, the features allows admins to provide email addresses separate by comma (,).
- The admins can also choose a Staff member, or Group distribution list.
- The admins can choose to send emails upon all job status or desired job status from the condition tab.

Business Values:
- Insights: Provide the ability to know the status of the job via email and without logging into Oracle B2C Service.
- Choice of notification: Ability to choose the status of the job, the Staff member/Group, and email addresses for notification.
Steps to Enable
Upgrade to 25B version needed. This feature is available in the BUI JUNE I release, available on production sites from June 06, 2025.
Tips And Considerations
The Oracle B2C Service site has to be on 25B version to utilize the Email Notification feature.
