Job Scheduler: User defined schedules

The admins will be able to schedule jobs using user defined frequency in

• A specific duration of month/year
• A specific week(s) of the month
• A specific day(s) of the week/month
• A specific time(s) of the day.
• The Scheduled Times tab will list the time of execution of the job.

Business Values:

• Flexibility: The admins can use the User defined frequency to create custom and ad hoc schedules to meet the business needs
• Reduced Jobs:  Without this frequency type, admins have to create multiple jobs using the standard frequency types to achieve the desired schedule.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

• The Oracle B2C Service has to be on the version 25C or above.
• The BUI changes of the feature will be available in production on Aug 22, 2025.

Access Requirements

The admin should have Job Scheduler - Edit permission to create and edit jobs in Job Scheduler.
