Analytics: Export All Records from BUI

The Export All Records enhancement enables agents to export large volumes of report data directly from the Browser User Interface (BUI). Agents can now export up to 100,000 rows or 100 MB of data per report into a CSV file for analysis outside of Service Cloud.

Tips And Considerations

This feature does NOT require an upgrade to 25C. This feature is available in the BUI AUG II release, available on non-production sites on Aug 8, 2025 and production sites on Aug 22nd, 2025.
