Access Requirements
As with all Mass Update jobs, the author must have the following permissions:
CSO_CREATE_KNOWLEDGE_MASS_UPDATES to see the Mass Update button on the authoring list page
CSO_ADMINISTER_KNOWLEDGE to perform the following actions on another user's update: reschedule, edit, cancel, resubmit, resume
