Improvements for Booking and Quota History Screens
The 25C update introduces targeted enhancements to the Booking Status, Quota, and Quota Configuration screens. These changes focus on optimizing screen space, improving navigation, and streamlining common actions to enhance the overall user experience.
- Dynamic Map Display on Booking Status Screen
- The map is now shown only if shape data is available.
- If no shapes are configured, the map is automatically hidden, maximizing space for the booking grid.
- Users can manually hide or unhide the map using the menu.
- Separate Quota History and Close Time History Screens
- On the Quota screen, Quota History and Close Time History are now shown on separate screens. This layout provides more space for detailed content.
- The Quota History filters data based on the filters set on the Quota page:
- Time Slot history is shown only if the Capacity Category is empty.
- Otherwise, only the history for Capacity Categories is shown.
- Streamlined Capacity Area Management within the Quota Configuration Screen
Previously, the options to add and remove a capacity area were located in different parts of the Quota Configuration screen:
- Adding a capacity area was available through the tree structure.
- Removing a capacity area required users to click Actions > Stop Using as Capacity Area separately.
Now, both the Add Capacity Area and Stop Using as a Capacity Area options are directly accessible from the tree structure on the left side of the Quota Configuration screen.
This change makes it easier and faster to manage capacity areas without extra clicks or menu navigation.
