Navigational Sidebar on DCS Portal
With this 25D feature, we are giving the DCS Portal Developer more options to design a modern support experience that is ready for Agentic AI.
We moved the menu options in the user profile such as Service Requests, Registered Products, Site Visits, Repairs etc. to a navigational side bar which can collapse or expand. The sidebar supports responsive design and automatically resizes based on device or screen size to display as icons or icons with text.
This new navigational sidebar component can be used on a DCS homepage.

Business Benefits:
- Present the customer self-service user with an intuitive and mobile-friendly portal experience to increase self-service rates.
- The portal developer can use an out-of-the-box and upgradable navigational sidebar component to design a support portal to speed up implementation time and benefit from any bug fixes and new capabilities.
- The portal development team can benefit from quicker Agentic AI adoption as the homepage can be designed to collapse the navigation and focus on the conversational message bar or embedded widget.
