View Service Profile Details Using Foldout Page

You can now view service details for a site using the new Service Profile foldout page. The foldout page shows a summary of key service information for a site using multiple panels to minimize scrolling, and uses smart actions to streamline the way you interact with your data.

Using the foldout page, you can view a site's billing information, notes, assets, contacts, service requests, and work orders in a single glance, take actions to add additional data, or show and search through related data, from a single, streamlined, interactive page.

Users can see more information about the service profile at-a-glance, without scrolling, and will have a more interactive page to quickly take action or focus on specific details about the service profile.

Steps to Enable

In this release (25D), the foldout page is not enabled by default, but you can enable it by setting the value of the profile option ORA_SVC_PROFILE_USE_FOLDOUT to Y.

• Users will still be able to use the original details page by clicking the "View Service Profile Details" icon in the upper-right corner of the foldout page. 
• Note regarding future direction:
  • the foldout page will become the default layout for the service profile in the next release (26A), You will have the option to opt-out of using the foldout and using the current details page only, by setting the profile option ORA_SVC_PROFILE_USE_FOLDOUT to N
  • the current details page is expected to be deprecated in 26B, at which point all customers will see only the foldout page and the opt-in profile option will no longer be considered
