External Name for Billable Services Related Product Metric Type

The Billable Services by Service Type, SA Type and CIS Division (C1-BILLABLESERVICES) product metric type has been updated with the External Reference section populated with an external name.

The product metric objects allow for the calculation and exporting of product use metrics.
