Capturing Additional Information on Billable Services Related Product Metric Snapshot

The Billable Services by Service Type, SA Type and CIS Division product metric snapshot now additionally captures the total number of billable services and related product metric type's external name.

The product metric objects allow for the calculation and exporting of product use metrics.
