You can now use the Close Collection Agency Referrals without Write Off Process (C1-CLCAR) batch control to automatically close manually created collection-agency referrals, that are not linked to a write-off process, once an account's balance is fully paid.

This saves time and reduces manual work by making sure paid-off referrals are closed quickly.

Steps to Enable

To enable and configure this feature, add the Close Collection Agency Referrals without Write Off Process (C1-CLCAR) batch control with/without implementation-specific batch parameters to your batch scheduler.
